Really sad and shocked to hear the news today (1st April 2014) of the passing of Frankie Knuckles yesterday, the Godfather of House
Had to get home and do a tribute mix. Only just finished it so here it is, unchecked and already I'm thinking of tracks I could have put on but didn't.
Ain't that just how it is - 'One more track'!
Anyway, it's got my fave Frankie track on - 'Let the music use you'. A true classic by a true legend and pioneer - and a real inspiration to me over the past 20 or so years.
RIP Frankie.
Note: (Oct 2015). There were so many tracks I missed on the first mix, so I had to put together a second one. I mean, how could I forget 'Fable' - one of my all time house tracks.
